Section 1

What VivoCore is

VivoCore is an always-on, AI-assisted health monitoring service. You connect a wearable you already own — a watch, ring, or chest strap — and VivoCore continuously compares your incoming vitals against an adaptive baseline built from your own recent history. When a reading deviates meaningfully from that baseline, VivoCore surfaces it to you first, and to the caregivers you have explicitly opted in if you have asked us to escalate.

VivoCore also produces a once-a-day summary email that describes your day across the same vitals, and keeps a rolling history of detected events so you and your clinician can spot long-term trends.

Section 2

Your account, your responsibility

Keep your email current

Your account email is how VivoCore reaches you. If the email on your account is stale or unreachable, daily summaries, anomaly alerts, and security notifications will not get to you. You agree to keep it accurate and to use an address you actually check.

You are responsible for what your account does

Activity under your account is activity you are responsible for. If you share access with a family member or delegate, you accept that they act with your authority. Choose a strong password, do not reuse it, and sign out of shared devices.

Caregivers are opted in by you

You decide which caregiver addresses can receive which class of alert. You can revoke a caregiver or change the alert envelope at any time; revocations take effect immediately and are reflected in the next alert decision.

Section 3

VivoCore is not a medical device

VivoCore is a monitoring and triage companion. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or symptom. It is not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified clinician, and it has not been reviewed, cleared, or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulatory body.

The deviation summaries VivoCore produces are starting points for a conversation with your doctor — not endings. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department. VivoCore does not page emergency services, does not page your physician on your behalf, and does not replace the humans in your care loop.

If you have an implanted cardiac device, are pregnant, are under active treatment for a chronic condition, or are otherwise under the care of a clinician for a specific concern, talk to that clinician before relying on VivoCore as part of your monitoring routine.

Section 4

Service "as is" and liability

VivoCore is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do our best to detect real deviations, but we cannot guarantee that every meaningful deviation will be detected, or that every flagged deviation is meaningful. We are not liable for clinical decisions you or your caregivers make on the basis of VivoCore output, for missed anomalies, or for downtime in the wearable, vendor API, or email delivery chain.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to VivoCore is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 5

Acceptable use

Personal, non-commercial use

Your VivoCore account is for personal, non-commercial monitoring. You may not resell access, repackage alerts for redistribution, or operate a service on top of VivoCore without our written agreement.

No reverse engineering

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the anomaly engine, scrape our models, or extract the adaptive-baseline algorithm for the purpose of building a competing service.

No false-alert spam

Linked caregivers are a privilege, not a channel. Deliberately triggering spikes in your own vitals to page opted caregivers, or otherwise weaponising the alert fan-out, is grounds for immediate suspension.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Where we can, we will give notice before suspension; in cases of clear abuse we may act first and explain afterwards.
